Anonymous asked: i desperately need to loose weight as i have love handles, prom comings up and obviously summers round the corner! what do i eat and what exercises do i do!, bearing in mind i want a nice flat toned belly, need to work on the chub though?

Well, I’m not a weight-loss blog at all, but what I can tell you is to eat 5/6 small meals a day, with mostly veggies, lean protein and complex carbs, and to exercise (cardio, weight lifting and core training) around 5 times a week. Just be healthy in fact, and results will show up. You can google clean eating plans and exercise plans, but the main thing is always to make healthy choices, never deprive yourself, and keep being motivated. Good luck!

7 AM run, I’m on fire haha!

Seriously, I could have run for ages if I didn’t have to go to uni at 9. I didn’t even feel tired or anything, just powerful and unstoppable. That’s crazy how I love running now, I have to run, when I used to hate it only weeks ago :-o

My housemate made those healthy peanut butter cookies everyone is reblogging and OMG they are soooo good

(you know, those where the recipe is a cup of peanut butter, a cup of sugar and one egg)

I had half of a small one, it just felt like the best thing I’ve eaten in years…
